Guide lines
Round Bend with in turned point
Spade end --- Size 18/14 for luncheon meat and sweet corn.
Eyed hook --- Size 12/8 for pastes and bread flake.
Crystal bend
Spade end --- Size 24/18 for maggots and casters.
Spade end --- Size 18/14 for worms
Round Bend with long point
Spade end --- Size 14 for pond pellets
Wide gape - long point - interned point - short shank - long shank, are all variations that are produced to help keep the fish on the hook.
Pops Tip :- Long shanked hooks are easy to tie and simple to remove.Especially good when fishing with casters.
